KRTV3 is a "simple but powerful" software work with K3166i Intelligent Protection Relay Test Kit which is for testing complex protection relays, energy meters, and transducers. It is used in power utilities as well as by manufacturers. Kingsine's approach is to provide its customers with all-in-one software that includes advanced features. We have a fully automatic test center facility that can test even the most typical multifunctional relays with a single click.

How to use Test Template software module in KRTV3 via Intelligent Protection Relay Test Kit K3166i

 

1. Template import

Run KRT demo software. Select test template, and click open function.

Choose template to display template library, and select relay manufacture, choose relay type import template.

 

2. Template modify and xrio import.

Right click ABB relay and choose modify to enter xrio and template modify interface.

Choose edit/import .krt template to enter template modify interface

Click file - import .xrio to import parameters into template or modify parameters of relay manual.

After click save or save& exit. we can set characteristic of relay in test object.

 

3. Create multiple relays to combination Bay members.

Right click bay - add - test object to add another relay template into bay.

 

4. Add test modules of each relay.

Right click system config - add - basic/advanced - test modules to add test modules into relay test items.

 

5. Create test points of each test modules.

We can use shot test or search test to add test points or lines into test modules. And we can create different fault type or others test items.

After we finish create test points, we can right click each test module, choose save button to save all settings as new template

 

6. Test result and report

After finish test, we can click every test object to preview each relay test result.

And we can click report set to define report format. And press report to generate report as rtf format report.

Intelligent Protection Relay Test Kitt K3166i can click save button on the tool bar to save original test result as xml format file for next time review or report generate.
