Product Description
Cable rodder is an auxiliary tool applied in towing lead-rope through a pipe. The rod surface is hard and smooth, so it can get through the narrow pipe or channel easily. The inner core of the rod is made of fiberglass and unsaturated polyester resin. The outside layer is smooth and firm ABS resin. It is widely used for the cables works or cleaning in cable pipe or channels.
1.cable rodder rods inner: Extruded by fiber glass and unsaturated polyester resin at high temperature.
2.cable rodder rods outer: Medium density ABS resin for the insulating and jacketing of cables.
3.Assembly: metal frame sprayed paint; rubber wheels assembly for easy transportation; Guide rollers and the right parts for rotary coupling; parking brake for the flexible rod.
4.Copper wire inside is optional which is for tracing easily.
5.Rolling bearing cage (wheel transport) for mobility will be light and easy to use in the field.
6.Feed device allows rod to feed out or be back with easy push or pull of rod

FRP rod information
Light weight, durable, resistance to acid, alkali, aging resistant, corrosion resistant.
High tensile strength and bending properties to make it go through narrow pipes easily.
Good temperatures adaptability, it will not soften in hot weather nor become brittle in cold weather, its usability will not be affected by temperature
Its outer protected layer is made of high density ABS resin, which has good anti-UV capability, the advantage of smooth, wear-resistant and long service life.
There are meter marks on the rod for the user easily read it. The marks is waterproof, ultraviolet and it can be still clear even after using long time.

Frame and reel infor
The reel is equipped with brake device, the rotating or stopping of the rod can be easily realized just by turning hand.
It has the tilting type handle, convenient for pushing and pulling.
It has roller and ring on the top and bottom used for the convenience of duct rodder going through, protect the cover from being scratched.
Frame color can be optional; silver, black, orange, etc.

The rod is made of resin and fiberglass. There are big differences made by good and inferior material. The rod made of bad material is broken easily, it cannot be used for long time, and even it gets cracked on the cage before use. We only produce the goods with good material.
